Place chicken breasts in a bowl with lemon slices.

Carefully butterfly each chicken breast to create a pocket for stuffing.

In a separate bowl, combine full cream cheese, finely diced red bell pepper, and chopped fresh parsley. Add spices (cumin, turmeric, black pepper, chili powder) and mix thoroughly to create the stuffing.

Stuff each butterflied chicken breast with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and fold to enclose the filling.

Drizzle the stuffed chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with additional spices. Rub gently to coat evenly.
