Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a bowl with lemon slices and wash thoroughly. Remove lemon slices.

  2. Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing horizontally almost all the way through, creating a pocket.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, finely chopped red bell pepper, and finely chopped parsley. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to create the stuffing.

  4. Stuff each butterflied chicken breast with the prepared cream cheese mixture.

  5. Drizzle the stuffed chicken breasts with olive oil. Season generously with cumin, turmeric, salt, and black pepper, rubbing the spices evenly over the chicken.

  6. Melt butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
