Crispy Chicken Parm Pockets

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the ground chicken onto the parchment paper and form into 4 thin, circular patties. Season with salt and pepper.

Using scissors, carefully cut between the chicken patties to separate them.

On one half of each chicken patty, layer cream cheese, black sesame seeds, sliced tomatoes, arugula (or spinach), and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Fold the other half of the chicken patty over the fillings to create a pocket, gently pressing to seal the edges.
