Korean Potato Cheese Bread (Gamja Jeon)

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix well. Add warm milk and 2 tbsp of Chosen Foods Avocado Oil. Mix with your hands until a shaggy dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a clean, lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Place the dough back into the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 60-90 minutes.

While the dough is rising, peel and dice the potatoes. Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water until very tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well and mash them.

To the mashed potatoes, add 2 tbsp of Chosen Foods Classic Mayo, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper. Mix thoroughly to create the potato filling.

Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release the air. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a small circle.
