Unwrap and chop the dark chocolate bar into small pieces.

Once the brown butter is cool, add brown sugar to the bowl and whisk until well combined.

Add egg yolks and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until smooth and creamy.

Sift in flour and oats into the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
